USEU Arena - SteamVR (Vive mappings)
Updated Vive mappings so that the right menu button also pops up the Pause Menu.
Set the right hand controller trigger to select options from the Pause Menu on trigger release.
Set all menu interactions with the right controller trigger to only work on release.
